2017 was the second worst year of my life, right after 2011. There was a lot of relationship and financial mistakes last year. It was essentially a trauma conga line starting all the way in later 2016. All I needed was an event halfway through August 2017, to completely neutralize my sugary side and have my "icy" anger stuck with me since.
I've been looking through some posts I've written back in 2016 when I was living with my parents. I can't believe how I allowed myself to get depressed over meaningless events, and I should've chosen to activate my dormant icy-anger when I could've. I might as well take this anger and put it to good us.
I've been thinking about what 2018 will be for this year. After some consideration, it will be a year specifically for clearing up my accumulated "ICY" anger. This is in contrast with my goals with 2017, which was to work on my ice and detective side. This year will be specifically to blow off steam by building a disciplined and routine lifestyle.
I'll come back and finish this post later, but for now, my new year's resolution will be the following :
Education

- Drastically remove and reduce all unnecessary materials at home

- Get involved with Politics
Exercise
- Incorporate More
- Martial Arts
- Incline Walk
- Cardio
